Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date of delivery.

Condition Requirements

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags and labels must be intact
• Product must be in original packaging
• Invoice/receipt must be included

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear and personal care items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

We offer size and color exchanges subject to availability. To exchange:

1. Select "Exchange" option when initiating return
2. Choose your preferred size/color
3. We'll ship the new item after receiving the returned product

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after quality check
• Amount will be credited to original payment method
• For COD orders, refund via bank transfer (provide account details)
